It was the mid 19th Century. Railroads were being built. Science was all about Newton and Maxwell and Faraday. Einstein hadn't made his mark yet. Augustine sat at a wooden desk in her small flat in Meaux, France. For decades, she dove deep into the mysteries of the universe, her hand wearing away the varnish on the desk as she scribbled her intuitions. She wrote in great flourishes as her thoughts came pouring out and then discarding them when they didn't fit, when the equations didn't quite add up. Slowly, her intuition coalesced into a grand theory of how reality is created from the stuff of the universe. As a thin trail of smoke rose from home rolled cigarettes, staining the once sunflower drapes, she discovered how we are connected to each other by "Whispers" as they reach out to the universe and weave our reality.
